These are customized (Nike ID). Someone (most likely Tiffany) ordered these and sent them back for some reason - they end up at clearance stores. Hard to tell from the pic but the DO74**-*** code on the size tag is the product code. Google and you might find a few more.

I looked at multiple what seem to be legit pairs for reference - especially the size tag and yes there are small differences between your pair and all of the other ones I checked. The 2 dates on the tag, and more clearly the MADE IN - FABRIQUE EN text, small differences in spacing & font. Also...

Nice shoe, as were many from that era, and maybe that might be 1 of the reasons they never retroed so far. So many models that could be retroed so where to start.... I don't think this particular model has some sort of "cult" status, which seems to be 1 of the reasons for Nike to retro a model...
