He makes 0 in game adjustments, the 1 playoff game we won was when he was sick with Covid and Alex Van Pelt had the playcalling. Don’t get why he stubborn on calling the plays, it’s not working.

Jameis wasn't setting the world on fire this season but you know what you're getting with Dalton at this point, middling QB play at best.

At least kick the tires on Jameis see if he can return to the level of play he was showing before the injury last season.

Non-Cleveland perspective, I feel like Stefanski will have until the end of 2023 and that’s if things really go sideways. And is he really being chided about play calling, because he was great for us in 2019 in his only full year calling plays in Minnesota.

It’s a different thing to call the plays on top of managing the game and clock, but a lot of OCs that turn HC do it.
