How about you look at this Chinese spy balloon, which has been tracked by the US military since it entered US airspace and would trigger a global conflict if it were a weapon used on US soil?

The dumpster thing started because once full they put spoiled food in tons of shopping carts next to the dumpster. Then somebody took photos and posted on social media that “free food” was being given out by that HEB.

It was never free food, it is spoiled food that the store had to dispose of due to regulations regarding a sustained power outage.

Desperate will take the risk, but so will uninformed unfortunately. I’ve gone a couple of days without food a few times in my life and I’ve had food poisoning. Between the two, I’d rather starve.

I just hope the food was only consumed by people that knew the origin.
