Mulvaney’s repeated lying about his on-camera confession shows a consciousness of guilt.

When he explicitly tied withholding the aid to investigations, Mulvaney added “get over it”, suggesting there was absolutely nothing wrong about it.
However, DOJ and Trump’s legal team swiftly distanced themselves from Mulvaney’s confession and he then tried to walk back his comments. Mulvaney knows the video and transcript show his explicit confession so he just goes with the Trump tactic of denying he ever did such a thing and blaming the media for allegedly misconstruing his statements.

Wait, people are really believing Tulsi is compromised by Russia?

come tf on, man.
Is she being blackmail or paid by Russia directly, probably not.

Is she soooooo trash that she is basically a Russian asset at this point, yes.

Anyway, no one should take her serious as a candidate, a foreign policy expert, and frankly I hope she loses her primary and leaves the Party.

She can go work for Fox News where she belongs. Again, she is trash.

russia like with Jill Stein before her, sees an opportunity to use the stupid to their advantage

im sure they didn’t think in their wildest dreams trump would actually win, but they saw an opportunity to F with the USA and creat headaches for those who do see the obvious threat that they are

it’s also why they use other mediums to push BS, like on Facebook

An examination of Tulsi Gabbard on foreign policy:

In the recent Democratic debate, Tulsi Gabbard described economic sanctions as a modern day siege and stated that she will end them.

When it comes to North-Korea however, she's all on board with strong sanctions in spite of the economic situation of people living in NK. In 2016, Gabbard had a secret meeting with Assad.

However, when it comes to ISIS in Syria, that is clearly not the case. Instead, she parrots the Assad-Russian talking point that the Kurdish allies in the fight against ISIS are all terrorists. To be clear, some of the Kurdish groups do have links to terrorist organizations but they are by no means all terrorists. The whole point of using proxy forces in the first place is so they do the fighting for you.

When Russia joined the war in Syria at the request of Assad, Gabbard came out in support of the Russia's bombing and claimed the targets were all terrorists. Her view lined up perfectly with Assad and the Kremlin's talking points.

Tulsi also tried to whitewash the 2002 anti-muslim Gujarat riots, which resulted in at least 1000 deaths.
Modi declared that Pakistan's intelligence services were behind the riots. In the heat of the riots, Modi did nothing to prevent his own party from organizing a statewide 3 day strike that drastically increased the casualty rate.

She had some pretty harsh words for Pakistan, however her response to India revoking the Kashmir region's autonomy, there was little to no criticism from her. Kashmir has a majority muslim population and president Modi's views and actions towards Indian muslims speak for themselves.

Oh ****, y’all were serious w/ that.

:wow: :wow:

I can understand not agreeing with policy but to call her a “Russian” asset doesnt really square with me. If that’s the case, why not call her an asset of every state that benefits from USA demise? Is Russia the only state that benefits from what she’s saying?

further question (for my own education): how does Russia benefit from Gabbards rhetoric?

I Don’t agree with deifying the military and I don’t think just because you served you’re automatically correct on foreign policies... but shorty served and is STILL serving...

that’s wild af that a former First Lady would even allude to some **** like that. She knew what she was doing invoking Russia and Gabbard like that.

that ain’t right at all. just say you don’t agree with her.

You can be compromised without agreeing to it. Russia would love nothing more than to have another “spoiler” candidate in the Dem race. In Tulsi, they have that, whether she knows it or not.
How can someone be compromised if it’s their own ideology?

disagreeing with her policy and ways to fix this country is fine. Trafficking in “She’s a Russia asset” seems tin-foil hat-ish. It implies she does things to benefit them PURPOSEFULLY.

That may not be what y’all are saying but that’s how it comes across.

to be fair, doe... I might be biased because I don’t buy that Russia swayed the election to the point where it got DJT in. to me, it absolves the Dems for their mistakes and absolves the country for being as racist as it is. I don’t think Jill stein helped “steal” the election, either.

if it’s that easy, why won’t more powerful countries with more resources it? Why wouldn’t Russia target certain house / senate races?

USA meddles in elections ALL THE TIME. I’m sure our government understands what strings to pull to get someone in.

again, disagreeing with her, criticizing her, saying she’s not a Dem is cool... that other stuff seems like A stretch

Don’t take this the wrong way, but if you don’t believe that Russia influenced the election and that it helped elect Trump, we have nothing to talk about.

It’s been well documented that they DID influence the election. How much? Not sure how you can quantify it, so if you’re looking for they swayed X amount of votes, you’ll never be convinced.
