Help me out please.
My LTPT from StockX came in today.
But they came in like this
Box ripped and fixed with tape, tissue paper ripped but worst of all (finger?) stains on the heel.
Filed a case and now I am waiting on a reply. Anyone here had the same issues with StockX and how did they handle it?

Ain't LTPT still in stock on Nike or footsites? Why'd you go with stockX?
The hustler in me would prolly just buy a pair from nike or footsites then swap them out with the bad pair for a return.

Strange, and it probably doesn’t help you out at all, but I bought my pair from NDC and it had the same stain on both shoes. Same spot and everything. Just used a suede eraser and a toothbrush and it’s pretty much gone.Help me out please.

that will probably be my last option. But why do you pay for verification and service while apparently they don’t do a check at all. SuckX

Damn just checked my pair and it kinda has that spot too
Might be a Nike thing rather than a SX thing..prolly something with the dye and way the shoes were shipped.

Agree that it can be a Nike production issue. But when StockX verificates they had to see it and reject them. So that makes it a StockX thing againDamn just checked my pair and it kinda has that spot too

I recently ordered a pair of Marina BWs from stockx, they sent the wrong size. Great job by their verification team.

Worst is JD, a lot of errors, thefts, and one day they send me a pair of Nike, 2 left or 2 right shoes, same model, same color but each one looks different from the other and there were even short socks at the inside 
+ each time I order with JD box come damaged...That prevents me to buy from them, at least I avoid the much I can. Everything in sales is risky with them, always a problem when they just not cancel your order. That's funny how websites never cancel our orders when we pay full price...Less problems we have when we find a sterling relay...One last : in my letter box, again JD, the product was out of its bag like the delivery man want to rob me then realize I have very bad taste

I retuned the 2 pairs I found unsatisfactory.

to keep it short the large air unit window from the 86 AM1 causes problems at the midsole what makes them less durable so nike decided to make them smaller in 87, the shoe is not a prototype or sample it was available in stores but only for a very short time

The vamp/toe box stitching doesn’t look smooth and the placement of the word “Susan” on the tongue tag is on top of the stitching. Mine is above it, see here:
Mine are size 11, not sure if that makes a difference with things like the tag graphics. Dates on my tag are different too:
The rest looks good to me though.

uncle had a pair. He wasn't a Nike employee or tester. He bought them in a store. My understanding is the big bubbles were all 1986. Idk why that's not considered to be the og year. Seems odd they'd use 87 when the 1st am1 was in 86.

StockX reached out to me within 12 hours with the proposal to either given a € 20,- coupon or a full refund. So these babies will go back...
Fair solution from them.

That's a minor stain, you should take the coupon. You can remove that stain with an eraser and it will look fine. As for the box, we all have a few boxes like that, no biggie.

+1 for the coupon. It's moreso a nike issue Vs. a stockX issue. While the box might not be pristine, it's a cardboard box we can only expect so much.
Plus it sounds like you're going to have to go the resell route either way for the LTPT joints.
At least try to clean em before returning.

That spot on the heels is a defect from Nike. That’s just a bad pair. Mine have it but not as dark. I bought 2 and returned the one that was like that. Im not picky when it comes to little defects but lately the pairs have been coming in like that or warped. QC is getting worse.
