Is it me or skits quietly died off on albums

Only speculation, because i don't listen to a lot of full new albums as much these days. 10 different producers on 10-track albums can affect continuity of the sound, and skits need a common thread to push a story along. Without that, it's 11 pre-made skips lol

Skits don’t get placements on streaming playlists, actual songs do.

I hate when artists blend skits into songs instead of making them standalone tracks. My playlists be having random movie clips and jail calls sprinkled in with zero context

I do. I haven’t bought a pair of concords since 2000 and I missed out on the DMP package.
